I’m Brittany Allen, a dedicated REALTOR®️ with 18 years of experience in the real estate industry.

A rare native of Wilmington, NC, I have a deep connection to this beautiful coastal city where I help people buy, sell, & invest in real estate.

I run a small yet successful real estate team, offering not only buying and selling services but also property management. I am a Notary Public and hold a Broker In Charge real estate license. 

Beyond helping clients find their dream homes, I’m a lifelong learner, always staying up-to-date with the latest market trends and strategies to provide the best service.

Actively involved in our industry, I was honored to be the 2025 President of Cape Fear REALTORS®️, an association of just over 3,600 members. I'm also on the North Carolina REALTORS® board of directors. 

Married for over 20 years my husband Tim & I own several investment properties throughout the South Eastern NC area. We have a teen daughter Delilah who enjoys both dance & musical theatre plus a son Finn who is passionate about martial arts.
